Always happy about the job and the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hope they could do industry analysis to get a sense of how much other companies of same nature pay their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my Immediate manager always are willing to lend a helping hand and always had an ear to listen to our concerns, suggestions and feedbacks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
PH team is the best but our US team seems like disconnecting with the US team. I can't feel that they are considering us as their colleagues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we have open communication, we have mini games every now and then, we have happy our extreme once every quarter but I really miss our previous culture which was the main reason why we love the company.
