Everything. The bond that we have, the cooperation within the team, the willingness to help one another and the overall culture within our Pod is the best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I deserve more, more than my current compensation right now. This is due to the demand of my job position and as per checking of the offer of the other companies, they are significantly high more that what I’m earning here in Indiner
