People want to work together. They want to solve issues and not kick them down the road.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to listen to new ideas and are very data/evidence based. Thoughtful and timely responses are integrated feature of indinero.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open and clear about expectations and deliverables. Collegial environment that creates an open forum where questions can be asked without a prejudiced response. The goal is to solve the problem or challenge, not point a finger at an individual.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This will no longer be anonymous as it will be very clear who I am with this response. Using data directly from HB, I drew up a document wherein I showed that there is a preference for certain members of the sales staff to get preferential treatment. In that document I gave ideas of how to fix this.
