Overall, good but it can be better. It feels like we’re cutting costs on small things and benefits, which can come across as overly frugal and may impact morale among key contributors. Balancing cost-saving with support for employees could help maintain motivation and loyalt

They check market value and adjust (oftentimes late) but nevertheless adjust.

Help each other and not put blame on anyone. Creates an encouraging environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I think our motto somewhat shifted from employee/culture centric to revenue/customer is king. So it gets tiring and there's less incentive to be creative.
