For the past 6-7 months it's been a roller coaster ride for me. There are high moments where everything is going well but there are also times that I felt am I doing this correctly since there are churning clients. But overall, it was an exciting and positively challenging.

What I do like about the team is that they listen to the Employees and provide positive and encouraging feedbacks

I'm happy to work in a company that values their employees and is giving extra effort to engage their staff.

It's good to know that the leadership team listens to us their staff and is very proactive in engaging the whole team.

Best thing about my team is that they are very supportive and willing to train and share their knowledge especially to new hires.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits could be better (like a different HMO card that offers more coverage) but so far I'm satisfied with the benefits and is happy that Indinero also offers retirement plans.
