Indinero has a lot to improve internally. I hope we can strengthen the review process in preparing the financials before submitting it to the Client. This minimizes the error and promotes highly accurate and reliable reports. I hope we can hire more dedicated, proactive and competent US POCs.

Working with people who are proactive, competitive, experienced, knowledgeable and with great sense of professionalism.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure if my salary is still competitive with the market but I'm still happy with my compensation at indinero.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have minimal engagement with them so I have no concrete idea. But the quarterly 'All Hands' meeting helps us, the employees, to know about what's happening with the Company as a whole. I find it so relevant and helpful because, somehow, it directs us or aligns us to common goal of the Company.
