We make sure that we achieved the target date the clients gives us to finish our work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part is the quarterly bonus that we received. It is also a motivation to work hard.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we are working from home because I can take care of my child at the same time I can help my husband in terms of financial needs and I can still pursue my career due to our setup.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is that we are working from home, we don't need to travel an hour/s to get to the office and the fact that we are almost flexi time and it feels like less pressure to do our work but we make sure that we finished it on time.
