I'm most happy working collaboratively with my teammates and also the support of our local managing director who genuinely cares about the success and well-being of every employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a tremendous group of individuals committed to client experience and team collaboration. In addition to being helpful, my teammates are smart and thoughtful with the little time they have if I need assistance. We win and lose as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
inDinero's leadership team demonstrates a strong passion for continuous improvement and asks those of us in client services for feedback. It's important for our product and service team to be in sync and leadership strives to give us a forum as our company and product evolves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're figuring out our culture in this new remote environment and have a dedicated culture committee addressing these challenges. The hard work is beginning to pay off and as a result, I'm getting to learn more about my co-workers, even if they aren't right next to me in a physical office.
