I love working in the company even now that I'm going at 9 years in service. My only concern is that for an employee to stay at the company, a competitive salary increase is essential.
My overall experience here in the company is that of a roller coaster. Though there may be ups and downs, yet overall it is fun. At my 9 years now here at the company.

No matter on what positions, employees feel valued in all aspects of their lives, including both their professional and personal aspirations.
I feel my compensation doesn’t fully reflect the scope of my work and impact. Regular performance-based reviews or adjustments aligned

I love it when our leaders not just take care of the company on how to grow more but they are also focused on the improvement of the employees.
I like best with the leadership team is how our manager encourages us to do our best in work while they take care of us both professionally and as a person.
Aside from the health benefits, retirement plan and other compensation they provide. They also give cash incentives on the tasks we are doing (completion of deliverables on time, percentage targets, etc.)
Collaboration, Increased potential for process improvement, Less burnout because of our leaders and how they take care of us, we work together which make the tasks faster, we have positive minded leaders
One of the best things about our team is how well we collaborate and support one another. Everyone is proactive, communicates clearly, and steps in to help when needed, which makes even complex projects run smoothly.
What I like best about the leadership team at inDinero is their clear communication and approachability. They set a strong vision for the company while remaining open to feedback and collaboration, which creates a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
I don't feel undervalued but what would make me better is that maybe an increase to our salary or incentives. We all know that the main reason for people leaving (specifically PH staffs) is the bigger opportunity that the other companies offer.
