there are no meetings and interaction other than year-end contract renewal time

Infosys is only behind the money, they just need contracts and employees to work without asking salary or promotion

you are working hard for the client, getting the contract again and again but no motivation from the team or executives. no salary raise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
only at the time of client contact time all the executives start sending the emails for updates on contract renewals otherwise whole year they don't even bother
