What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Empathy.. Better work family life / social life balance.. Increments / rewards rolled out in time and commensurate with our contributions / efforts Better incentives / allowances / salaries for onsite postings
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat employees with more empathy and understanding... Give them a bit more than due to them.. If not as much as interested entities getting a fat reward on a platter at the end of the year!!
