No respect to tenured employees. Very bad work culture. One of worst paying masters. Can hire people with large salary but cannot afford to pay tenured employees.

The process they follow but the decision taking and offer release in slow.

Employee relations. To understand the market reality. To take care of the decaying passion of employees. They need to understand. To get value in job they need to give value to employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The recruit new people with high salaries and expect old employees to train and scale up the employees who are underpaid. Correction of salaries of tenured employees can help get back the confidence of employees.
