Compensation benefits salary incentives are very very bad, promotions are nill
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Already mentioned it only new hires are interested in working bcoz of heavy paycheck where as for existing employees as mentioned no promotions, no salary hikes, so obviously there will be negative vibes
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It’s not the coworkers it’s the management needs to improve the compensation benefits salary hikes promotions needs to improve, and stop the show offs like wear formal dress formal shoes 9-5 strict work in office, bring in flexibility like work from home, remote login.
