No or very less hikes, No promotions. Very less pay

Negative. Lay offs and projects keep changing, no motivation to work.

Very less compensation and benefits, Once you are in, no promotion or pay hikes. So kind of stuck in the same designation.

Keep employee happy , encourage and appreciate and have a flexible work env, and work life balance and fair pay and benefits.

It cannot be improved, this is their culture. U can improve ur self by moving out and finding job else where. That way u can be happy and satisfied

Infosys only cares about showing profits quater by quarter and profits year end and infosys likes being in news media paper for one or the other reason. They don’t care about employees and they don’t care about fairness in salary. To be honest they pay less and won’t give promotion
