Leaders lie. You cannot have an attrition of over 50% and say the market is good so the employees are leaving. Retrospect.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Bring ownership. Remove leaders who lie. Company seems to be running as 2 companies. One driven from India one from USA. Need to think and streamline accountability
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
get responsible. take accountability. you cannot give the same excuse for years. Its evident that you are lying. Look at the numbers. you cannot have a company with over 10% growth YoY with no growth to employees because you do not have slots.
