Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
insight wants to make the profit and care little or none on its employees. I had me A+ cert exam cancel as proof.
If we received equity in the company thst would be well received
I am easily replaceable here.

Need better pay. They say the employee-paid benifits is to save us from tax costs, but a taxable employer-paid benefits would allow the workers to get ahead better. There is no stock options or profit sharing.

the point of Insight is to provide IT support to big companies. They aren't in the business to grow and keep their IT help. Only to provide warm, competent bodies on client sites.
