insight wants to make the profit and care little or none on its employees. I had me A+ cert exam cancel as proof.
If we received equity in the company thst would be well received

Need better pay. They say the employee-paid benifits is to save us from tax costs, but a taxable employer-paid benefits would allow the workers to get ahead better. There is no stock options or profit sharing.

Just be decent human beings and act professional. Company needs to change culture of abuse.

start with fair a salary
More insulation from all the red tape, and more transparency of the reasons why it is being done, and clear answers when questions about approval are requested

More support in helping secure new customers since current customers are being taken away from me
