How employees describe working at Interaction Design Foundation
Terrible work environment. The culture used to be good but it has got worse. Only CEO and his wife's ideas matter. No opportunities. They harass employees they try to shame those who post true reviews on Glassdoor. Save your time and your brain. Don't work for IxDF.
The CEO is a dictator and is not interested in new ideas or new ways of doing things. The pay is not competitive in any way. The company hires workers (contractors) from around the world, which sounds great, but it's mostly from places with very low pay. No benefits as everyone is a contractor.
Horrible management. No strategy. Marketing driven.
