What do you like best about the leadership team?
The honesty and and seeing them as human beings. Seeing them driving Introhive as the solution customers need to succeed and their passion to get us there. Also identifying our weaknesses and actually doing something about it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe there could be more transparency around pay and it could be a bit more competitive

if it was comparable to other companies in the same industry / space. Tech support is massively underpaid compared to other software companies

I think the pay should be better - it seems to lag considerably behind industry standards and that is a cause of concern for me.

Compensation does not feel like it is within range for the region based on knowledge of peers in similar roles. Also ranges of roles for the companies are not shared to employees

we truly work as a team helping each other. Egos are very low, but getting things done the best and most efficient way we can is what matters.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Social community is great ! Everyone is awesome. There's not really anyone I can think of that stands out as troublesome (unless it is me :D.. I won't be the judge of that)

What makes you most happy at work?
The people and knowing we are all here putting in the time to make the company successful. Honestly, I would rather be outside and enjoying nature etc, but we all have to work to maintain a living. Anything happy thing that happens at work makes that easier for everyone so we CAN enjoy our free time
