Intuit Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Its all amazing! My hourly pay- by the way i just received a promotion after working my first season! The retirement plan, which is easy to withdraw from. Last but not least the BIG end of season BONUS!! Hello who doesnt like extra money?!

Review from Customer Support Dept

I love everything about it!

Health insurance and stock plans

stock bonus and year end bonus

Employee stock benefits as a seasonal employee

Review from Finance Dept

Health benefits are real good and the amount of other health related benefits are also very good

Salary, Stocks, and our ability to send colleagues Spotlight awards.

Review from HR Dept

I like the retirement plan offered.

We have amazing benefits and compensation is fair

Opportunity for a EOS bonus

The 401k match is outstanding and many perks for everyday things

The affordability and the variety of benefits offered

401k and stock options are great

401k, ESOP, pet insurance and product discounts.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am only part time. However, from day 1 you are enrolled into their 401K program. I also have access to the employee stock program. All of which I take advantage of.

401K matching, stocks are the best part of benefits.

Review from Product Dept

First-year as Seasonal Employee was offered Stock Options and 6-month vested 401K matching

Review from Customer Support Dept

Fully remote. Good healthcare. Great stock incentive.

The Matching program is amazing

Overall compensation is very solid

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More transparency about wages. Quicker turn around time for 'upgrade opportunities'.

We aren't paid enough to deal with what we are doing.

Review from Customer Support Dept

correction on the 401k response (can't go back) - to answer the question I got a message from my micromanager that their micromanager had an issue with one task multiplied by what I am paid in a high multitasking work environment

rsu's have been battered relative to my grant price

When i would reach out to tier 2 they would slack and tell me to figure it out

Review from Customer Support Dept

To be paid in line with what other experienced people in the industry are paid, considering their experience and education.

It's 50 percent belowe market for front line customer service. All you have to do is view their social media to see the ramifications.

Regular assessment of value added to discuss salary and carer progression is required.

Review from Product Dept

they actively try to underpay everyone and force out overpaid or adequately compensated people that have been there 4+ years.

Review from Design Dept

Its nothing compare to other companies.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Policies, recently instituted, clearly alienate older married employees. These policies are geared to pushout said employees, to make room for younger single employees and cheaper pay
