  • Very flexible as long as you are there for the first meeting of the day and the last. Some days that will mean 8-6pm, other days it will be 11-3pm.

  • Its pretty flexible. We dont have to think about working from office or at home or from any other location as long as we deliver on the projects.

  • Great. Design really has a seat at the table at Intuit. UX is what has helped Intuit reinvigorate it’s busi. If there is a downside to this it’s that many stakeholders want to be involved in the process so designers need to productively channel that interest.

  • busy and the hour flex from 30 -60

  • It depends on the team. My old team was 40 hours and extremely flexible. My new team sometimes it feels like I live there, but it's a super high impact project so that makes it worth it. No one is forcing me to do it, we are all just super passionate!

  • Maternity is 3 months paid leave, but you can string it together with vacation, sick time, and other government benefits to get almost a year off paid (at least in California, less for other states). Paternity used to be 2 weeks for Dads, now it is the same as paid Maternity leave (3 months) but you usually cannot get any government additions.
