What's the office vibe like at Intuit?
Its not that great and I will call it dull. I have worked in many companies and the office is really fun esp when you don't have cubicles and there is open seating.
What does the ideal candidate in the Marketing department look like at Intuit?
Data driven, strong product marketing skills, and an ability to create a vision with product teams that delights target customers.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Intuit?
I would oust all Directors and VPs except for the top 10%.
What do people at Intuit think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He is great at leading but should start trying to understand the shortcomings of Directors below him.
