Competitive comp package overall and good monthly benefits for remote work (coffee budget, etc)

Even though InVision is a fully remote company, everyone takes time to build relationships outside of the work we're doing together. This turns into slack channels based on different interests, different virtual team building activities and people asking (and caring) about your life outside of work.

I have never come across an unpleasant person at InVision. Everyone is happy to collaborate and happy to help - regardless of the task at hand. For being a fully remote company, I have never felt like it was hard to connect with anyone at InVision.
