- What are some of the best things about your team?The love, motivation, and support I receive from IZEA family is one of the best aspects of my job. We work hard, and we have fun. When dealing with tragedy in my personal life, my IZEA family rallied around me in a way I've never experienced in a workplace before.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The team is diverse and everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful...and competent. The talent runs deep at IZEA. The leadership team is genuinely concerned for the teams wellbeing and it is evident in the programs and events offered.
