401K match is great, and the ability to invest my earnings.

Vacation time is great. I was credited for time worked in other jobs and have 6 weeks. Also 401k is 100% match up to 5%

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are not paid fair compared to the job they expect and they have change our compensation in pto without our input even though it was what we agreed upon starting work

Bring back old JCPenney values and benefits.

The company views anyone below management as replaceable.

Salary that matches my expertise and workload

Promotions seem to be reserved only for minority candidates, while disciplinary actions seem to be reserved only for white employees.

Higher pay, especially for those who work in the return/exchange and online orders department. They so much more and always have to deal with the angry customers.

I feel undervalued by the way im talked to. I dont appreciate working in a hostile environment.

I work in the retail store and benefits , salary are lower than the corp., environment.

HR knows leadership is poor but they say and do nothing..

The pay is too little for the amount of physical & emotional labor required.

Undervalued because changes come to us without explaination and without reasonable expectations for the time that it takes to implement them, I know compensation is tough, due to the state of the company, but consideration should be given to having people work up the ladder.
