My coworkers need to focus on doing their jobs, not standing around and gossiping.

Being fair and resoecting older stylist who are way more seasoned You kearn from Wisdom and mistakes .

A few of them are way too bossy and try to run things there way. More respect would towards each other.

Focus on positivity, acknowledge hard work and reward it.

Less hostility in the work place.

Fairness. At each meeting, we are told that if we don't make our Icap goal we can look for cut hrs or layoffs. so depressing when we see how the economy is still slow and other stores are in the same pickle. It's a downer to hear nothing positive to start your day and no add'l help when needed.
