401K match is great, and the ability to invest my earnings.
Vacation time is great. I was credited for time worked in other jobs and have 6 weeks. Also 401k is 100% match up to 5%

What are some of the best things about your team?
They communicate with eachother and push to do what is required of them even on a very busy day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coming in to the cashiers and giving them a pep talk about their accomplishments and goals for the day. I love to make their work environment enjoyable even though it can be challenging.
Charitable somewhat but morale is down

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a while back but it wasn't nerve racking as I thought. Gina was very nice and asked direct questions.

What makes you most happy at work?
When I can push my freight out and see the result of how it look and how the sales escalate.
