Most of my co-workers are having more negative feeling after layoffs.

I don't have much of an opinion, since we hardly see him. The former CEO had open office hours which allowed direct contact to him & his associates.

It is fair, depending on your manager.

Not officially, work it out with your manager under certain position it would work better.

Not sure, as long as they are a "People Person"
