We are a strong team despite management. Work together well, help each other and support each other while in store. As a team we work hard!!

the team pulls together to fill in the gaps and help each where management has not provided training and often times tries to lift the moral and do their best to combat the tonix work environment by encouraging each other

We all suffer together and joke about it.
