Paid time off is a nice part of our compensation. But unfortunatley you essentially have to use it to cover poor workload planning by middle management.
You have room to grow in the company and that is very important.

We are a strong team despite management. Work together well, help each other and support each other while in store. As a team we work hard!!

Short conversation and you're hired. Didn't feel like an interview. Recommend asking questions about scheduling and compensation opportunities.

My coworkers - they are amazing and work so hard. Management needs training but I don’t know how you teach morals to grown adult
