Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better pay for team and some type of reward system. Company functions like Christmas party! Acknowledge tenure

Getting paid more and trained better

I feel undervalued because my manager switches my schedule without confirming, nor denying if I have prior arrangements, I am worked on certain days without a break due to the low staff and proper management comprehension that is needed

I know it's a "starting line" type of job but having some sort of incentive to work the job well would be a great addition. Too many of my co-workers didn't see a reason to do the job 100% due to not having anything to gain from it.

It's always negative. No acknowledgement of good deeds. Always pessimistic.

They treat me bad, just been good paid

Because they don't value my work in the effort I make to complete the orders requested by the clients and because I don't receive a salary increase.

The reason I feel undervalued is because there is a constant abuse in power and mistreatment to empolyees

May be servants pay would have help or a a second chance I work there for about 8 months I was 56 years old at the time I was treated very un fairly

Yes I very much do feel undervalued

$16.50 an hour would make me happy.

Get paid more for overnight shift not 14

I feel like i mean nothing to the company and feel as if im just there to get yelled at. I understand people make mistakes but theres always a way to handle situations the right way.

I only get paid 12 dollars an hour and to get treated like I'm nothing really hurt

Will they could pay me more and have someone to help in the grill

New employees are getting paid more then current employees

I love to help. Coustermers but my coworkers make me feel so unwelcomed

Review from Customer Success Dept

For minimum wage they make you work too much. They will constantly overwork you and give you inconsistent hours. Corporate stores are extremely strict.

Yes, very much so! You would have to work at least 2 positions a day. Like, howcan you do your job as a shift leader if your continuing to fill in other positions.

Better training better management better pay
