Behaving more professional because there is no way a workplace should be this unprofessional
Acting professional twords staff. The manager was not professional whatsoever it felt more like a high school experience than a work place. She was taking an advantage of her position.
Everything, management. Basic nessecities and respect
Listening to people and not overtalk.
Hire better people to do their job correctly
A team should be well balanced not just one high value employee with three lazy parasitic mooches and hire managers that can be teachers too.

7.25 an hour is nothing if im going to work in a negative environment
I was trained in the morning shift and there was only one cashier meaning me taking both the drive thru and the front desk. I feel that it was just understaffed for everyone.
Better pay for team and some type of reward system. Company functions like Christmas party! Acknowledge tenure
Getting paid more and trained better
While collaborating with my coworkers they woulf treat me with an attitude and they would tell me to keep my station stacked but every shift i had to check my station was stacked. Showing that the employee before me was not completing their tasks.
My coworkers were ok my manger wasn't
I feel like that employees that actually want to work should at least be hired and not just people that you want to get by on
I had a few people that were great and at least willing to do their job to the fullest extent, but too many people decided being on the managers good side by making all the problems someone else's fault were the only skill they brought to the table.
By doing their job and acting professional
To hire a new manager, that actually cares about her employees rather than just money
The uppers to have make an incentive to be there.
Don't only get black people to work
Review from Sales Dept
Fire manager savanah or the dress code
For everyone to take accountability for their actions and less talking
Not sure. But yall need to change maggie shes so unprofessional
There was no process she gave me a shirt and told me to come back at 3 the first day I met her no videos no training
Screen people a bit more than "You're hired." I can understand needing more people but needing to understand needs and people is part of the interview process and this was never introduced at my location
My company's interview process would improve with good treatment, kind and understanding treatment
A different manager would be great
Too many food items. The focus is on speed accompanied by the lie of good food safety and freshness. We're not even allowed to be a real person with our customers, we're still using 7th grade acting scripts that make us sound like AI recordings from 1999.

Manger needs to stop lying and not giving me hours at all and not telling me if I'm fired or not
Better managers people that want to help you
Review from Sales Dept
Customers and employees know jack in the box executives and district managers only cate about profit goals and speed goals and not the overall well being of employees
