    Enforcing standards. Expecting more of those who do less work, rather than expecting more of those already do the most work. Demanding maturity and shutting down bickering and backbiting. Leading hy example.

Thanks to the generous contributions from our customers and employees, we also made substantial contributions to important causes such as prostate and breast cancer research, people with disabilities, and veterans.
