Seemingly excited at first until I've worked there a year, when I got pregnant, they cut my hours tremendously after I helped them stay open during pandemic. With no assistance, compromise or resolution in site. They just hope you'll leave when they are done working with you instead of fair& square

When they stick to their objectives instead of derailing from plans or chain in command
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That all inshopper build eachother up, taking initiative to teach one another. Managers are power hungry vultures for hours and unfair wages they didn't earn, but merited off the backs of their subordinates
What are some of the best things about your team?
The intercommunity that makes us all friends, we suffer shit hours together, but also make it our goal to have integrity in our work inspite of being told our wage isnt arguably the worst we've ever experienced...
What did you like most about the interview process?
The perceived visually seemeless introduction that actually was more deceitful than honest. JJ's is garbage company of scheming corporate big fish in little ponds trying to make cash off blue collar workers by cutting corners on hours clocked in. Alot of labor fraud
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the CEO, buissiness owner actually gave me the raise he said I was owed 8-10months ago when it was just me and 3 others keeping an entire store from falling to ruin. Getting him to respond back to me to increase my hours instead of giving it to my own family members I trained and referred. Fair
