Treating employees equally. There is very obvious favoritism shown to certain employees by the general manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the work isn’t hard there is no allotted time for any breaks which often leads to going an entire 6-8 hour shift without sitting down.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can go in to work and work while there and leave without taking the work home with me. My last job had me working 80 hour weeks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If the longer employed workers would be willing to teach and work with new employees the work environment would be much more relaxed. Older employees often dismiss newer ones simply because they’re slow. You can’t improve if the opportunity isn’t given to do so.
