I like that I was only asked about 3 questions before being accepted right then and there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many of my coworkers are lazy because they aren't being paid enough to motivate them. It's also a boys club
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to respect their workers, offer a free meal for every shift, and increase the amount they pay their employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Probably needs to loosen lesser important laws like having your shirt tucked in during an audit and the no phone rule, and really start looking at the integrity of the people they hire to be managers or general managers especially
