everyone has a positive attitude and mindset at work, and is willing to teach and mentor new workers without making them feel overwelmed.

the vibe and groupchat always puts me in a good mood and I feel at work I can be myself and not be stressed or worried
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like to be a delivery driver because it keeps me busy, I can listen to music, and I have a personal sense of responsibility for the orders I deliver.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was easy and I was hired on the spot, I needed money so bad and usually jobs take at least a few days to get back to me, this one didnt!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if i have to rush in order to make as much money as everyone else and I am often made to deliver stuff they forgot, which does not provide me with a tip and wastes my time.
