it was a very comfortable environment and very easy-going. and got offered the job on the spot AND a free sandwich or cookie
What are some of the best things about your team?
love some of the people ive met while working there. a handful of us work great together. the work convos r fun and make it less boring if we r slow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
maybe a dollar or two higheror if the right people were hired so the few good ones didnt have to do EVERYTHING especially during lunch rush then i tbink my pay would be fair. the few good ones who want to learn,care about speedand accuracy fs deserve better pay bc of the people who r slow and rude.
