John Deere Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pension is a big part for me.

I loved it all I didn't complain about anything

The yearly bonus at thanksgiving

Vacation, 401k benefits, and health care benefits

My health insurance is vey good.

retirement benefits, compensation philosophy, learning opportunity.

401k match perks for maternity/paternity

Medical Aid, performance bonus and working hours

Its a relief to help with bills

Review from Sales Dept

Well hello there how are you

401K, benefits, opportunity in all fields

Putting the parts in Page

Significant bonuses, but that makes it hard to plan for real life expenses when so much is based on something that is inconsistent.

Incentives are paid very fairly

The best part of my compensation package is the balance of pay, vacation, medical and pension. I do feel fortunate to have medical coverage in retirement, something new hires do not have.

Health care package for family

The retirement package is unbeatable I believe. If you take advantage of the opportunities you are allowed early in your career, when you retire, you will be quite happy.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My direct manager makes me feel appreciated but nothing higher

stock options, better long term investment strategy

Contract worker no vacation or ptio.

I have received multiple offers proving my salary/healthcare gripe was not made up. Will be leaving shortly

I feel undervalued because the company is a multi billion dollar company, and don't want to pay their employees who have put wear, and tear on their bodies a fair wage. If you end up with medical leave, or Fmla you are worthless to company. I'd feel better if they treated employees with respect!

Recognizing and reward performance, stock cutting bonus and benefits while rewarding executives with more stock options.

I know I am undervalued. Feelings have nothing to do with it. Deere pays average or above average for many positions, but not for those in my field.

The human aspect of the work is lacking

Salary health insurance is terrible

A raise from the company

Managers treating everyone the same for starters

Rebalance bonus structure. Cap executive pay.

Stop the concessions on every contract.

WE are now trying to be a tech company but only paying as a factory.

Review from Engineering Dept

Recent org change has lowered grades for many so it feels in man ways like a step backward.

Low pay & don’t match physicality of jobs with people that can reas

Review from Product Dept

We have to fight every single week to be paid correctly and wait several months sometimes years for back pay that is known has to be paid where company was incorrect in the compensation for our work

Review from Product Dept

more pay and more health care

Review from Operations Dept

Very poor post retirement care package for a company making millions and millions in annual profit. 40 plus years having a good pension and post retirement healthcare while still making a profit. The "pre97" post retirement benefits can remain the same with a company having that kind of profit margi
