More pay and treating employees better with situations

Remember who we are, and who our customers are

What's going wrong? Almost everything! Be a better company to your employees who makes you billions of dollars a year. Have empathy, and compassion towards your employees. Treat employees with respect!

Pay your wage workers more money

Stop taking wages from wage employees to give exuberant bonus’s to corporate people who think they deserve more because they have a college degree
