What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Running the company and not ignoring and treating the employees like they mean nothing.

To not be shovenistic and treat a female employee as if she doesn't belong and has to do all the work

Review from Sales Dept

Leading with understanding and actual people skills

Just about everything, and have some empathy, and compassion for other people, people of color, and their families!

Listening, absorbing and acting on feedback, rewarding performance, and WAY more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

My direct manager makes me feel appreciated but nothing higher

stock options, better long term investment strategy

Contract worker no vacation or ptio.

I have received multiple offers proving my salary/healthcare gripe was not made up. Will be leaving shortly

I feel undervalued because the company is a multi billion dollar company, and don't want to pay their employees who have put wear, and tear on their bodies a fair wage. If you end up with medical leave, or Fmla you are worthless to company. I'd feel better if they treated employees with respect!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

treat me as a female equal

Review from Sales Dept

Coworkers are excellent. Moral is poor at best due to Senior President and Vice Presidential leadership, comments and actions

Be more open- minded and progressive and genuine

Too many extremely lazy people who are content to stand around doing as little as possible; protected by a union who is just a liberal political machine

Review from Product Dept

They are hiring bodies not qualified workers. Less pay and dangerous environment from unskilled labor that they are hiring.

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

The manager, director and head of HR

Leadership clarity on next goals

Stop with all the DEI, and actually base promotions on MERIT.

just about everything. but no more lying and hostile work environment would go a long way to repairing the culture. pay is low because most jobs are in isolated communities where the company has all the power

Management should not micro manage. Treat all employees fair! Labor Relations should communicate with employees about important situations that could jeopardize their job, and not sneakily terminate someone without a termination letter, or notice! I have seen this happen countless times.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Nothin at all good enough

Focus on the qualifications and performance as well as diversity. Not just diversity.

they hire more and more temps and try them out for years and sometimes you get a full time job with benefits and often you don't

Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

More pay and treating employees better with situations

Remember who we are, and who our customers are

What's going wrong? Almost everything! Be a better company to your employees who makes you billions of dollars a year. Have empathy, and compassion towards your employees. Treat employees with respect!

Pay your wage workers more money

Managers need to be retrained
