Labor is offten too high and we are understaffed. Combind this with lazy coworkers and I am struggling to keep my head above water at times.

They try and get us out early I suppose
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could be more motivated and give have a crap about their jobs.
What do you like best about your company?
I get paid 15 an hour and get to take home free food on closing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They at least try to make sure people get things done. But in this economy they need to walk a fine line due to how difficult it is to get new employees
