The management at my branch of KFC are abysmal. They are now trying to fire me when I've been legitimately ill because of their poor communications and I can't even find a HR to complain to. And they didn't pay me my full wages this week either.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough staffing or communication. Training is almost non existant. Customer respect is very poor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You feel undervalued because you're not respected or listened to by management and made to feel like a bad employee for THEIR failings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. I wasn't called to be told I had gotten the job. I wasn't called to be told when I started work. I get told to do one thing and then they go back on it. Its atrocious there. They don't follow the days you're avaliable to work either.
