Absouletly hate working here but i need the money. Honestly it is hell. Favourism which leads to who does the dirty work. Nothing is ever good enogh for the shift runners but if a person who they like does so little as pick up a cup its praises upon praises. It's a sad place.

Maybe if they told me that they'll be unfairness, i wouldnt have considered the job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The main general manager is very nice but the assistent and the shift runners are really bad
What are some of the best things about your team?
The general workers like me are nice and most of them see the unfairness and the wag we get treated but all are too scared
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Im sorry but every single thing. To the way staff are treated to bringing equality to the team to stuff like not making hurtful comments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am constantly shouted at. Even when i've tried my hardest and others (workers) and even customers have picked it up and have praised me for it, i still get barked at and have had many hurtful comments.
