pay. your. employees. better. allow for more raises to be given to coworkers that deserve it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working at this job for almost 5 years and each year seems to become worse and worse. Staffing is constantly being reduced, causing more stress on the remaining workers.
