Before and after store hours when cleaning and setting up/ breaking down

My general manager is very funny but aside from that doesnt understand the degree in which she is breaking policies...
What did you like most about the interview process?
The confidence boost from the general manager of the great environment id be in rather than the terrible one i previously worked in
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont get paid shit, i work too little hours to afford to live, im called in multiple times a week for others irresponsiblity in attendance, my area coach disregarded my concerns and deprioritized my comments. To be responded to as well as scheduled full time as i am a full time employee is a start
