Never trained. Told to do things i never done then get yelled at. Am only there for 3 weeks and didnt received schedule and told i had 2 no call no shows and they replied we have a work phone you shouldve checked. Communication makes me happy and also team work which the place i am at is not either and does either
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I feel as i am new and instead of working with me on being new they told me i shouldve picked up on my 3rd day.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
When i walked in for my interview i heard people that was working already "where is crystal" which is the manager another replied "i dont know shes been gone for a long time she probably is sticking a needle in her arm again you know her she does that all the time you dont see her for long"
