My manager and coworkers are constantly being rude and gossiping about me. I've been here a year and they make fun of me for not knowing things and are unwilling to teach me. I come home from work feeling worthless.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting staff and shutting down gossip.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a paycheck. It's the only thing I look forward to about this job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People are toxic and will make fun of you for not knowing things rather than supporting you and trying to help or teach. I don't want to be around most of my coworkers because I know they will just have something to make fun of me for.
