Always easy to get along with and approachable and easy to get along with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a smooth interview and wasnt stumped on any questions i was asked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are.multi cultural with people of different backgrounds and race and we have people of all ages.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they keep the store running and without them it would be chaos (im also joining the leadership team)
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact im finally progressing upto shift manager and given the chance to progress further if i am willing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe they need to be more acknowledgement of good work done and appraisals given to people that deserve them
