Nobody cares about their employees working in terrible conditions in their stores. KFC is the only corporation that is difficult to find an HR number. You can ask managers, AC, and other head people and they all say "I don't know it". It's basically showing that they can care less about their doings

Only the people you work with are the good environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Nobody can help you do anything. They expect so much from you with terrible working conditions and such low pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working for this company for 5 years and my work is inpecable. I call off in advance and I'm never late. No matter how much you do, they don't recognize your work. If they do they give you a paper that does absolutely nothing.
